So, the election season begins this evening in Iowa. Like any source of entertainment it would not be fair if we do not do the pre-season predictions. Yeah, I know there are multiple sources who claim to predict how everyone is going to do and what have you but I have the most reliable source right here: my gut feeling! Here goes, my predictions for Iowa:
Iowa Caucuses 2008
The Donkey Party
1. Barack Obama
2. Hillary Clinton
3. John Edwards
The Elephant Party
1. Mike Huckabee
2. Mitt Romney
3. Fred Thompson
I will continue to do this until the nominations for each party are decided (effectively) in February.

I agree with your predictions on both sides. I especially love the Republican prediction. Romney will lose despite the millions he has spent and Huckabee is a no hoper who will make Republicans pine away for Bob Dole.We are the pariah of the world and the GOP is deciding who loves Jesus more.[Here is a hint from another former seminary student- none of them love Jesus worth a damn}
and whats more while i have many reasons to dislike huckabee i reserve the most contempt for his born again followers...after all these were the folks that gave us bush...and despite their religious convictions repentance does not seem to be one of them...they never admit they were wrong- they never confess they are in error...how then having missed so vital an element in religious development are they to be believed in anything else?
